I have one excel file with multiple sheets where I copy data from output file from one sheet and get all summary stats on another sheet.

I do this for all my questionnaires etc as well - there's an excel sheet (one sheet for each measure) where you input volunteer responses1.2

then on another sheet you get calculations of all scores etc. I find this much easier than doing this on MATLAB

It probably is shit in Matlab. But csv files in R and Python are so easy.
