All my post is laying out my thoughts on this matter. I will try to do my part to make openness universal. Independent of any movement.

I hope you will continue to do so by taking into account others' thoughts too — as to get more people doing OS we need healthy dialogue.

If diversity of panels or conferences or publications etc is low then that is something we should work to improve. No doubt about it. 2/3
