Oh, version 2.3. I had the very first version, we didn't have version numbers back in my day. (Now get off my lawn, author!)pic.twitter.com/U2RCeZl3Xm

I think the training was pretty good actually. It was the very first time I had one and I learned things.
For example, it turns out I have a really really strong sexist bias. And now that I know, I can correct for that. Which is good. :)
(I suspect the author, from this article, is somewhere off the charts, because even then I wasn't this bad. Not by a long shot.)
I do think (back then) there was plenty of room for improvement. But that's with a lot of knowledge I have now.
Presumably, people at google thought so too, hence version 2.3.
I'm quite sure the author will be subjected to this training, so maybe they can point out the flaws to the instructor. ;)
I'm not quite sure what the author is trying to say here. Again, this is a complaint about the contents of the training, which I don't know.pic.twitter.com/qLrfjlFQ5W
I do think, in light of this document that we just went through, that some of the training needs to be updated for author and their ilk.
Well, here we are. The end of the document. I promised a kitten. :)pic.twitter.com/Gta8S76DN3
