Right! What works for me might not work for some, but I would argue being over-prepared is a good strategy for almost everyone

Not helpful when it comes to the Q&A however...! Difficult to practice/prepare for that in the same way

I think practice with lab and especially with a good PI should uncover a lot of weaknesses or important questions that will get asked.
