I think my newest slides the ones for CogSci, which I also presented last week at ASIC have the fewest words yet and are some of my best.

One formal with PI present at least. And then a few others with friends doing you a favour etc.

You also need to know if you have gone over the limit etc. Can't know that without an audience.
