What's the ultimate goal? Writing your PhD? There's pros & cons to starting in your 2nd year. I started early in 2nd & went over word limit.

Presentations imho aren't about the words at all but the images. I think a slide with no words is usually the best slide.

Agreed. In the past I used words on the slide as a crutch. All about the images now.

Yeah, it really is. Also if you learn what the bullet points would have said off by heart that's making you so heckle proof.
