I think my newest slides the ones for CogSci, which I also presented last week at ASIC have the fewest words yet and are some of my best.

IMHO this is something your PI should be helping you with. Especially in terms of what to say and the order.

Agreed. In the past I used words on the slide as a crutch. All about the images now.

Yeah, it really is. Also if you learn what the bullet points would have said off by heart that's making you so heckle proof.
