Garlic yes, but sesame being high FODMAP doesn't seem right; small seed plants like sesame flaxseed linseed don't waste space with sugars.

Hahaha well, 0.4g of carbs that sugar per 100g, so probably alright. But 'I am not a nutritionist', and eat very badly myself...

A bit out of the way if you're in central London, but the best pizza I've ever had in my life is @lovenpresents (luckily my neighbours).
