can recommend - certainly with the honey and almonds. Fair warning - I've chomped through whole blocks of halloumi without noticing this way

I can't actually eat halloumi sadly these days. And I certainly can't eat that much even when it's super fresh and warm. 😇

Yeah, it's tough but I try low FODMAP is really strict actually. You'd be surprised how many things have onion and garlic. It's interesting

because my taste has changed and if I accidentally eat something very garlicky I don't like it anymore! 🙃

oooo you could make low FODMAP hummus if you strip out the garlic and use the right oil! Just realised...

I'm not sure. You'd have to lose the sesame... Probably won't taste as nice?

but sesame is low FODMAP? I thought it was the garlic? Bear in mind this is not a thing I know much about - just the bits I read a while ago

Garlic yes, but sesame being high FODMAP doesn't seem right; small seed plants like sesame flaxseed linseed don't waste space with sugars.

Hahaha well, 0.4g of carbs that sugar per 100g, so probably alright. But 'I am not a nutritionist', and eat very badly myself... 🙃

I haven't been avoiding them which means I probably don't eat them that often. I also do eat wheat. 😅
