but sesame is low FODMAP? I thought it was the garlic? Bear in mind this is not a thing I know much about - just the bits I read a while ago

Garlic yes, but sesame being high FODMAP doesn't seem right; small seed plants like sesame flaxseed linseed don't waste space with sugars.

Hahaha well, 0.4g of carbs that sugar per 100g, so probably alright. But 'I am not a nutritionist', and eat very badly myself...
