People keep saying halloumi is tasteless — it's actually _really_ not if it was real. The shitty halloumi we have in the UK pisses me off.

To do this traditionally, if you want, fry halloumi slices, place in toasted pitta bread with sliced tomato, plus lemon juice (optional).

In Cyprus we call it talattouri. Although I think talattouri in a pitta is way more Greek.
