Also since there's so much halloumi & no nor/anari it's like a slap in the face. Who doesn't like nor/anari? What do they do with the whey?

Yeah, I'd ask around... it's likely the people who make halloumi make anari, they literally go together.

Yeah, because — HOLY SHIT — if you find fresh halloumi beg, borrow, or steal to get it fresh as fuck. It comes out warm. It's a dream.
