People keep saying halloumi is tasteless — it's actually _really_ not if it was real. The shitty halloumi we have in the UK pisses me off. 
I can't say I have EVER seen it outside Cyprus. But it's what you make after you make halloumi.

Yeah, I'd ask around... it's likely the people who make halloumi make anari, they literally go together.

Yeah, because — HOLY SHIT — if you find fresh halloumi beg, borrow, or steal to get it fresh as fuck. It comes out warm. It's a dream.
