Giulia Enders' book Gut talks about having less good gut bacteria leaves more space for bad bacteria to thrive. There my knowledge ends.

Indeed. Nothing to do with antibiotic resistance tho. Although of course antibiotics can fuck your gut up, even give you ibs sadly.
