I agree. Open Science is a practice. While there are vocal people that you could identify as part of a "movement" that's not the point.

I don't want to debate if it's a movement or a community or not because it's beside the main point: K uses OA to legitimise is racist ideas.

And people have used it to argue against climate change, vaccines & whatnot. It's inherent to the concept of open data that this happens...

The key thing is that open data allows anyone to use it for whatever purpose they want, wrong ideas can & must be challenged using open data
