It's just not part of the conception of the @openscience organization. AFAIK all the data @charlesmurray et al use are publicly available.

The first, not the second, but also how data can be reused ethically. Like an ethics board. For example, you can't use big data for HBD BS.

In the same way we have ethical for non open data. Like patient doctor confidentiality, etc.
