my arms don't like it that much, which is why I got a thinkpad (trackpoint). But glass trackpad of Macbook seems less strainful?

I really hated the trackpad and used to use wireless mouse — but Macbook's is somehow better. For most work I kind of need a desktop.

fwiw the trackpad on my dell precision 5520 is great, provided you install the latest linux trackpad drivers

I think it's more that I can need two screens to think clearly not Linux bad drivers. I just need the head & desk space desktops give.

For me, the reason I like two is to angle them.
