I don't know of an over-arching name, but I always acknowledge the divergences btw the Realms. So do Rhodes et al https://www.amazon.com/Comparing-Westminster-R-W-Rhodes/dp/019969558X …

They say "Westminster system" too. ? arose because it's a zero derived adjective, not the most obvious adj form (for us language people).

I suppose that in "Westminster Model", the "Westminster" is an adjectival, to which we wouldn't normally add morphemes unless necessary!

Depends on your definition of 'necessary' - helps to signal the category has changed. Wonder if UK English uses derivational morphemes less?

Unless "Westminster model" is a compound, so no zero derivation necessary! (And I say "Wm model", just wouldn’t say "Wm parliaments", oddly)

So much for that plan. Guess who just arrived at the cafe. The -ian form got a screwed up face. Westminster parliaments was his response.
