I think it actually is getting better for me. If it’s my slides and I prepared. Instead of “take these slides and present tomorrow”
How did you measure? Fit bit thing?
FWIW I think it does get better over time. Never 100% OK tho, of course. I think people who don't feel stress on this issue are unusual.
