Stuart, I think implicit bias literature suggests that "targeting" need not happen explicitly; happens implicitly.

Yes, inclusivity is tricky. Observing dominant group members aggressive w/each other can signal risk for entering esp. if doubting belonging

Also, it is easy to feel "I would treat everyone same" but that not be sufficient for inclusion because ppl experience diff. risk of entry.
