It all depends on what you want to achieve. I did an 11 mile hike at approx 10,000ft during which we ran out of water half way LOL.

comes to endurance. Unlike strength, which is closer to 50/50. IMHO. Regardless, I have faith in you.

I was doing tons of rowing and elliptical using HIIT and little to no weights. I think that helped which endurance.

I did some HIIT and a lot of leg stuff today (mountain climbers and squats) so I think keeping that up + running + stairs will get me there
