OK one great one is chives, parsley, baby potatoes, sardines. Boil pots with salt. Then add chopped herbs, olive oil, sardines. Mash.

Portion for one person should be one tin of sardines and about a third of a kilo potatoes. I also do green beans as a side.

Yeah, very low effort too. Takes about 5 mins without the time of boiling the potatoes included.

Don't peel the baby potatoes. I think it's yummiest with skins.

I've tried it with normal potatoes, peeled and chopped, and they definitely cook when boiled way faster. So that's even better.
