I'm extremely lucky because we eat very healthily as a couple and we both don't eat meat /high fodmap . I think you need to find a routine.

The trick is to nail 3 or 4 dishes imho. Then you're set for the week. We eat out but healthily the rest.

OK one great one is chives, parsley, baby potatoes, sardines. Boil pots with salt. Then add chopped herbs, olive oil, sardines. Mash.

Portion for one person should be one tin of sardines and about a third of a kilo potatoes. I also do green beans as a side.

Yeah, very low effort too. Takes about 5 mins without the time of boiling the potatoes included.

Don't peel the baby potatoes. I think it's yummiest with skins.

Then buy normal potatoes and peel. I'm sure that's cheaper.

Depends on the season here. But I like my baby potatoes roasted/in wedges
