Yeah, but the general idea of this diet seems not bad? Just add more fresh veggies to your diet basically is the main thing

That's not a main part of the diet tho. They're like "you can do this week for weight loss" but the main idea is basically just healthy food

Hilarious. Although more veg is great. Sometimes you do need to cut down on stuff tho.

I mean, they pick & choose the healthy food based on stuff that maybe promotes sirtuin production but I think it's overall not a bad diet?

I don't eat meat and avoid refined sugar. Not specifically just diet reasons tho. I'm not super into telling people what to eat regardless.

I can imagine! I've just been struggling for variation in my diet and then fall back into unhealthy stuff so I may grab a recipe book

I'm extremely lucky because we eat very healthily as a couple and we both don't eat meat /high fodmap . I think you need to find a routine.

The trick is to nail 3 or 4 dishes imho. Then you're set for the week. We eat out but healthily the rest.
