I can't eat high fodmap, which is very tough.

I can imagine! I've just been struggling for variation in my diet and then fall back into unhealthy stuff so I may grab a recipe book

I'm extremely lucky because we eat very healthily as a couple and we both don't eat meat /high fodmap . I think you need to find a routine.

Yep, and now my freezer and fridge are empty so this is the moment!

Freezing stuff is cool, but we don't do it. Most freezer friendly stuff tends to be high fodmap.

Yeah, but also things like veggies. I tend to buy frozen or chop & freeze cause they don't sell veggies for one here
