And yes there are problems with bad science making money, but if a diet gets people eating more veggies why is this bad?

That's not a main part of the diet tho. They're like "you can do this week for weight loss" but the main idea is basically just healthy food

I'd worry if somebody added veg to tons of sugary stuff and thought that was OK.
