as with everything perfect balance — also one thing I think about a lot is my scoliosis / gait / form / posture

I might eventually get a personal trainer/physio as I think I'm reaching the "end" of how much I can fix all my probs on my own for example

With the right advice & exercise a lot can be done to build strength and improved spinal flexibility with scoliosis:don't need to be perfect
