Anterior hip rotation, compounded by how you walk and stand. A good physio or sports massage therapist could advise - mine decreased loads.

The rotation is the problem, exercises to ameliorate it should be on YouTube et al. A lot of it’s weak hips and glutes and bad shoes, mind.

So while I agree, I don't think it's bad shoes as I'm wearing insoles and I would posit it might be weak legs but it might also not given

…had worked with Paralympians with a variety of different issues to work around. A lot of my stuff is CP, but I was making it worse.

Oh, I do this terrible hunching. My posture tends to get so so bad the more stressed I am. I have been making so much progress lately tho!
