I still have a lot of a ways to go as I am focusing on getting better at bouldering. But WOW do not do 20 kilo carrying yet! Impressive!

Also thanks for the kind words — a lot of this = years of work (approx 2 years) and not easy. I go to the gym pretty much as often as I can.

I realise doing that is a huge privilege because not everybody have the time/energy/spoons to go that often (4-5 times a week).

still, great that you have the discipline to do it.

Also remember cardio is your enemy. Do it as little as possible especially after weights.
I love the gym — would be sad without it. -

Stops muscles from growing. Depends what you are trying to do with gym of course!
