Thankfully running won't make them grow in volume that much. Running is ace though.

If you want volume tho lift weights. My thighs are still tiny but omg have they grown. My biceps, even my boyfriend is like WTF. Weights!

Yeah, you must have really good posture and gait. Envious. I need insoles to avoid plantar fasciitis (sometimes called runner's foot).

I mainly do gym — but I also do climbing/bouldering once a week too and am considering adding one more thing per week but can't decide what.
