If you want volume tho lift weights. My thighs are still tiny but omg have they grown. My biceps, even my boyfriend is like WTF. Weights!

Haha awesome, I'll probably give it a go once I have the opportunity to get into the gym again. The perks of running being free though.

Yeah, you must have really good posture and gait. Envious. I need insoles to avoid plantar fasciitis (sometimes called runner's foot).

I've had people ask if I do ballet re: posture.
My arches aren't too high/low tho I have had issues with swelling - prob down to poor fit.
