Not really. It depends on the question. If it's how many papers have you published, it's obviously more likely to be realistic.
I wasn't envisaging a Q where you rate yourself VS others. I was saying best at which language within a single person.

Yes, that is why I gave an explicit example. If I code for 10 years in Python and than I move to C I'll MUCH MORE LIKELY (probabilistically)

If you generalise what I say, obviously there are cases where it's tough or even nonsense. Like Qs like: am I better at cycling or climbing?

Anything we say when taken out of context or generalised too far becomes meaningless. But I think what I said originally had merit.
