yeah some people do that when looking for mentoring. i would always go with an interesting question. even if not a scheme.

i read my intern's applications etc., in a sense that's mentoring, but not through a scheme, so approach who you have in mind!

OK, when I said mentorship I meant with proper goals and talking about progress in a structured way. Obv what you do is great too but diff!

I'm the kind of person that needs such a structure and explicit roles and support.
