So firstly I had forgotten my password and also couldn't log into the associated email address. To reset you have to go through a phone tree

The website says to call them to reset. Its a phone tree that happily reset my password and sent the mail to the email I can't get into.

Having solved that with email password shenanigans - I got into my account and wanted to change my title from Mr to Ms or Mx but yanno)

They ask you to make sure you details are up to date, including your title. Despite allowing you to click 'change', it greys out 'continue'pic.twitter.com/petuyBiRd7

Of course, you can't update your name without calling them. I presume thats because they're using name as the key to your identity.

Lastly - I went through the process only to find that my university is reporting that they're charging £9,250 for my 3rd year course --

My course fees should be below £9,000 because I started before the raise. I gotta call Uni now and check what I will be and have been paying

I also got reminded that I'm paying 4.6% interest on 10,000s of pounds already - which just sucks.
