I get cat-called once a day when I'm walking alone in London. Some examples are sort of cute "you're beautiful" others are extreme creepy. 
I live in a very ethnically diverse neighbourhood, mostly Muslims actually. The last 4 have been black people, for example. So I doubt it!

my skirt at traffic lights. This happened multiple times. Some people said I shouldn't cycle in skirts and without tights.

My daughter's been whistled at on her way to school since she was twelve. Astonishes me every time she tells me. What is wrong with people?
