The failure to train means only good people (in all ways) and sociopaths get through, hence the system we currently have.

So I hate the system it's shit but there is never going to be top-down change if we keep going like this as there's a ceiling in place.

effect we have by speaking out. Maybe things will change or maybe this is just the way things are — regardless nice people are out there.
