So I hate the system it's shit but there is never going to be top-down change if we keep going like this as there's a ceiling in place.

The change must come from below, but sadly like with everything us lowlings are too fucking tired physically mentally emotionally every day.

We are never going to instigate change unless something fundamentally changes. It's a vicious cycle. Depressing.
