My migraines without all this would be daily and I would get fired and die of starvation tho. So I am 100% dependant.

wow cool thanks for update, guess I'm lucky cause I only get them weekly when stressed and monthly otherwise (worsening with age).

have naproxen but thinking of going to gp for triptans but have phobia of dealing with the hassle/ convincing a gp it's real etc

I do not go to GP. I go to migraine charity which is a private practice. I hate GP — altho after 10 years found perfect 1.

what auras do you get? I get visual ones that are not always predictive but succeed in blinding me for an hour
