London is insane for RA jobs. Most of them go to people with PhDs these days. Shouldn't be legal.

just in Queen Square I know of several RA jobs that went to people who would have been competitive for postdocs elsewhere.

sad because those people are shortchanging themselves (they should be in a PD), and makes very hard for UGs to get needed experience

in UK simply not enough jobs for ppl with a Psych degree or Psych PhD.
