so I discovered recently that I'm not lactose intolerant at all (but have IBS) and need to be extra careful with coffee...
I'm actually extremely happy about this! I can now eat basically anything I want just limit or keep ratio low for fibre.

I am on other drugs and have had therapy so I guess maybe balances out?
