Feeling down last few days cos of work/house stress. Gym super helps. I somehow always feel pretty & accomplished at the gym. 

at least you have that to look forward to post-recovery... but are you feeling ok? sounds like tough times.

I feel rubbish! At least it's temporary I suppose, but I underestimated how awful and how long.

_doesn't_ compare: I had jaw re-aligned as child (not using surgery just painful braces), whole face changed. *sends positive vibes*
