Also agree it can come across as encouraging to accept status quo. Managing one's energy is a delicate balancing act!

Final thought: I believe can respond more effectively when not taking perceived unfairness/setbacks *too* personally.

def, that's actually what cbt would encourage too. Not that I think that's a magic solution for everybody.
