I like that I can compile LaTeX files by pressing a few keys in Sublime. Not sure if Atom can do similar?

oh no idea! Sounds useful though. I use
@overleaf and@sharelatex a lot though because of how they compile. -

@overleaf for collaborative docs, but have a local set-up for single-author stuff -
fair enough, I use kile on Linux. There's an even better one on Mac. Forgot the name though.

it might be that. There's one that's super nice — I'm not a mac person tho so I'm never sure of anything. Weird OS.
