Doubled my beta blockers dose after @NatMigraineCtr appointment and I feel zonked out and it's hard to get up.
I'm sure things'll improve!

I don't suffer migraines thankfully. Mrs H does. She wraps her head in a towel and retires to a darkened room.

I'm careful because mine are extreme/daily hence the daily meds.

Do you have to keep gym sessions relatively less intense, to avoid them inducing a migraine?

no not at all. That's never happened. I do as much as I want. It's when I skip that I'm sick.

but I've had essentially daily migraines for 6 years. And migraines in general since I was 5.s so I know lots of stuff.
