stretch before cardio, sit ups etc? No. Stretching is controversial anyway. And I work out roughly 60-90 minutes every 2 days.

Ohh I rarely stretch for cardio, but for weightlifting, I do.

this is definitely not caused by weights I did as I try to lift light on purpose as my arms have gotten too big for my taste.

Walking around for a while tends to help my back when it tightens up.

I'll try it for sure, I usually walk roughly 3-4 km a day. So should be covered but gym will prob help a lot.

I'll do some cardio, can't run sadly. Knee / gait issues. But I'll do cross trainer, stepper, and cycle!
