so yeah, that was one thing he was super useful on. My knees also hurt in treadmill and bike. Apparently it was my foot placement.

when we corrected it (main thing I'm working on) the pain went away. That was impressive. Need to work so much on posture & form.

but I do disagree with him on quite a lot including the lack of core exercises and the leg press.
