Thanks! only stopped to move house and then go to conference so my break was about a fortnight – I think the pain would be so much
when we corrected it (main thing I'm working on) the pain went away. That was impressive. Need to work so much on posture & form.

also I don't agree w doing the same stuff every time I visit gym. My new plan = some if what he said & 30/45min interval training.

technically my objection to leg press could be seen as an objection to leg day! I was mainly shown machines, and I believe in free

weights over and above machines in every single possible way.

My problem is form. But I think just using the mirror and new/better foot placement will help.
