I'm so destroyed! Did two one hours and two 3/4 of an hours workouts over 4 days. I promised the only reason I won't go is if I'm
at a sit down restraunt one night. 
Well then you have to go out to a fancy dinner tonight, I'd say!?
not alone!! maybe tomorrow night! In all seriousness though the hormones and just getting out of house provided by gym is great!
and I was missing it a lot. I am not the most extreme gym user sometimes I just do 30 minutes interval training and (apparently 15
minutes of nothing, thanks bar charts) and then walk home. Really helps with everything including appetite!

worse if I had waited long for whatever reason!
