and I was missing it a lot. I am not the most extreme gym user sometimes I just do 30 minutes interval training and (apparently 15
minutes of nothing, thanks bar charts) and then walk home. Really helps with everything including appetite!

Thanks! only stopped to move house and then go to conference so my break was about a fortnight – I think the pain would be so much
worse if I had waited long for whatever reason!
