I think Twitter doesn't lend itself well for civility. Brevity is bad for nuance.

Can't give blanket advice. This person was a sci and apologised. Often blocking is best. Sometimes the police.

i see what you mean. I agree entirely. Ive never experienced anything police worthy but its abhorrent if you have.
