so like imagine this (true story). I enquire about how to apply for job. I get email saying "meet me for coffee".

this is illegal (100%) and kind of creepy? They even confirmed over email & in person that it was to screen me.

and during this informal coffee they asked about my (non white British) ethnic background. Again 100% illegal.
